Now, let's talk about the food—simply incredible! Every dish, from the appetizers to the main course and dessert, exceeded my expectations. As someone who is quite particular about steak, I was thrilled with how perfectly my medium-rare steak was cooked. The seasoning and the sear were just amazing! I encourage you to keep up the fantastic work and have the cooks, servers, and trainers pass on their skills to your other locations. I had started to feel that Corralito had lost its magic, but today was a refreshing reminder of what they can offer. Great job to the Mesa team! Kid-friendliness: The server made my kids feel so special! With a 10-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a 7-year-old, she really connected with them and treated them like adults. She happily rushed to get them anything they needed. Thank you so much!

Reservation was made a week ago for a bday. The day of was called to confirm and the time was off. The food came out two hours laters and the server was rarely present not kept us informed of delays. Food was delicious though.

We went as a group of seven, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. It took over an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and when it did, nearly every order was incorrect. We had ordered loaded baked potatoes but received mashed potatoes instead. The steaks, which were requested to be medium rare to rare, came out well done. If we wanted to eat leather, we would have gone to Star Western Wear! Additionally, some items we ordered were completely missed, like the sides of asparagus and mushrooms; we only received them halfway through our meal. To add insult to injury, gratuity was automatically included, but no tip was earned or deserved for the service we received. Our drinks also took an eternity to be served. Safe to say, we won’t be returning; the Zaragoza location definitely offers much better service.

I ordered filet mignon medium. It tasted super off, my mashed potatoes were good. My steak was not cooked blood coming out of it, it made me sick. I did not eat it. Call cheff Ramsy, this was rancid! The manager JJ gave me a military discount of 5.00 off my meal. I just paid 24.00 for a side of mashed potatoes and possibly food poisoning. The waitress was good, but I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I want to give this place 4 or 5 stars but they made it difficult to do so. The food and ambience was great. However, the amount of time it took to get our appetizer,, then our food, then our dessert was just too long. I saw another table asking why it was taking so long as well.The last hit on them is they have a 3% charge for any type of card you have, debit or CC with no ATM option.. So bring. Ash if you don't want to pay an extra 3%.Outside of that, I'd eat here again cos the good taste good. Just lower expectations, have time to sit for awhile, and bring cash.
