China House - El Paso

Our entrees were delicious but the dumplings had zero flavor. The hot n sour soup was very good also. Our server was nice but instead of greeting us first, he reminded us that they close in 1 hour, basically saying hurry up and eat. I work retail and have never said that to a customer, it's just plain rude in my opinion. Anyway, we ate and we DID leave 20 minutes before closing but we felt rushed and I don't feel that was right. It's a real shame because we loved the food, customer service needs a lot of work though.

I walk in a man sitting at a table greets me with a ?togo or dine ?? This guy obviously hasn?t showered for a few days. Has his hands under his shirt rubbing his stomach while speaking. Come to find out this is the restaurant server. Overall the restaurant looks rundown. Mongolian beef was good. Lo mein sour and had no veggies. Will never eat this food again.

The best Chinese restaurant I've have been too in years. The food is authentic. And so succulent it amazes me this place has been here and I hadn't found it till now.

Dine in with 5 people 4 of the dishes were fine. My sons Teriyaki chicken had a fishy flavor he refused to eat it. Staff was friendly and attentive. Not the best not the worst.
