フィードバックを提供するI saw an employee in the restroom. Come out of stall. And not wash hands and go directly back to work. And the restaurant is dirty smelling. Do better!!
The experience was pleasant, but they didn’t flip the Blizzards upside down as they’re supposed to. I think I was supposed to receive a free Blizzard or a discount, but that didn’t happen. It would be great if the staff had a better attitude; if they’re not interested in doing their job, they shouldn’t come in. It’s really that simple.
There have been a few occasions when they didn't flip my Blizzard, and when I pointed it out, they didn't uphold their promise of a free Blizzard. That didn't really bother me one way or the other, though.
We ordered a Snickers Blizzard and my husband and I were delighted to discover that I could add real pieces of banana to my ice cream! It was absolutely fabulous, by the way. We frequently get banana shakes from there and are always satisfied. Clearly, we are a banana-loving couple!
Food is always right. Sometimes you get a not so friendly person at the window. Manager is nice.
