Don Guerra - El Chaltén

We asked for a beer and the owner wanted to serve it after dinner. Absurd! Then we managed to serve him with our meal for the beer. When he brought the beer, he asked us our nationality. We answered him and he answered, “I hate Italians.” Racist place that does not deserve € .

We went to Don Guerra for lunch while in El Chalten, as it was included in our day tour of El Chalten from El Calafate. That said our lunch was excellent and we would promote Don Guerra if we were ever in El C.

Great food. Fast service and friendly staff. We were looking for a place to dinate and surprisingly Don Guerra has space available. While in the beginning reluctant because it was not full like others, we found great food, friendly staff and very early service. We have a fantastic experience and I hope this review helps Don Guerra rate even higher among El Chalten restaurants. It deserves it.

Ate here at our first night in El Chalt, as we tried a few places and they were fully booked this place was empty, what I guess it says everything. Advertises as Cerveceria, but has no beer. Inspired menu and pretty average food choices, When I went to pay I tried to pay with credit card and was said my card didn't work; I later found out that there is an internet problem, the other restaurants have a way to work. Not impressed by the place.

We hay quite ok food, the service very friendly, we were all quite satisfied. Nachos and lambstew ok, fajitas and spaghetti good.
