New Dumpling - El Cerrito

This restaurant is quite basic, but their dumplings and pancakes are simply delicious. I have a particular fondness for their tomato egg dumplings, with just the right texture and not too thick dough skin. The crispy pancakes are also a standout, incredibly crunchy and tasty. I will definitely be returning for more!

The staff was fantastic. The tomato and veggie dumplings were delightful, as were the green onion pancake and celery and peanut salad.

The seaweed salad was incredible, a must order! The dumplings are also very good and one order comes with 14th. You’ll leave full happy!

I want to shout out Karen chin for this one! I tried the onion pancakes and the onion chive shrimp and pork dumplings ??? they were awesome ?

I am giving this restaurant 3 stars because there was nothing particularly wrong with it, but I only went because my coworker tricked me into going. Unfortunately, the food was bland and overpriced, tasting like steamed tofu. The service also did not enhance the overall experience. I do not plan on returning unless it is to seek retribution for what happened to me.
