フィードバックを提供するI definitely experienced food poisoning after dining here last night. The only meal I had all day was from this restaurant. It seems like the food wasn’t fresh enough, or perhaps there are poor hygiene practices in place. Maybe it’s a combination of both.
The burritos were cold on arrival and were poorly wrapped, such that all the it's contents fell out. I asked for brown rice but got white rice. It was a bad experience.
Ugh!!! This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I absolutely LOVE Chipotle—I'm a huge fan (maybe a little too much). I could tell you about every single order I've placed in the past year that ended up being completely wrong. I always order the same thing, yet it never fails to be wildly different each time. It's turned into a running joke in my household, but honestly, I'm just tired of it. Plus, there’s no way to reach them for help—neither through the phone nor the app—making it impossible to resolve these issues. Shame on Chipotle and the management for not providing a way for customers to give feedback and rectify their mistakes.
I also asked for a cup of water for my baby, and the server rolled her eyes at me, saying, "Give me a second." I ended up waiting around 10 minutes, so I had to ask her again. I was polite throughout my visit, but if someone else had been in my place, they might have reacted much worse given how poorly I was treated.
Came in today around 12:35 August 28th. The service today was impeccable! I enjoyed every single person who was on the line today. Little nuances like asking how many sauces I wanted and the Latin lady giving me a sweet ?adios amigo? are the thingsthat really sets a business apart from its competitors! Just because of those little things I hope they?re onsite every time Icome!
