The Crawfish Bus - El Campo

Worst crawfish I ever ate in my life. Overcooked, SALTY, and gritty. It tasted like they may have accidentally cooked a batch they were purging, but it was not yet fully purged. I couldn’t even eat them due to the salt. It was horrible.

Sooo... I had crawfish from the Crawfish Bus last Friday and all I can say is DELICIOUS!! If anyone knows me, I am extremely picky about my crawfish I usually peel them all before I eat them, so I can drown them in Tony’s). Nope not these crawfish though... they had such an amazing flavor! If you haven’t had crawfish from here... you are missing out...I can’t wait til this Friday so I can go back and get more! What more could you want? Amazing crawfish, amazing service, and amazing people! Great place to grab some crawfish and ENJOY!
