Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - El Cajon

Best chicken sandwich in my opinion. I like their food and the spicy chicken is just right.

I visited this Popeye's with my young daughter since we both love fried chicken. The service at the drive-thru was exceptional, and the woman at the window was very friendly. The chicken was delicious, and the mashed potatoes were great too. We had a wonderful time eating in the car together. Life is good! What more can I say? I really loved this Popeye's!

On the way, we placed our order using the app, and when we arrived, our food was ready within just a few minutes. The drive-thru line didn’t seem too long, and as I enjoyed my meal, I noticed that the cars were moving through the line in about 20 minutes. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Even with COVID measures in place, the staff was quick to bring food to the outdoor tables. I feel sorry for anyone who had a negative experience, but mine was truly enjoyable, and I’m glad we went!

This restaurant really excels at what they do. The staff is friendly, and I've enjoyed the food every time I've visited. However, I have to mention that it's quite unappealing when my chicken sandwich tastes like fish. Please make sure to separate the cooking oils for the shrimp and chicken. It's not good for anyone, whether due to allergies or flavor preferences.
