Fuertes Ny Pizzeria - El Cajon

Ordered the 14' Artichoke Pizza and Garlic Knots for delivery. The food looked good so I took a bite of a slice as you can see in the picture but it was cold. Not even kinda warm it was cold cold cold! The food did taste good though and had great flavor so 4 stars it is. The size of this pizza had 8 slices and fed two people. Wouldn't recommend any delivery unless you like cold pizza lol!

Super fast pizza by the slice. If you're shopping at parkway and need a quick beer they have a few solid local beers on tap. Only place around that has spinach ricotta pizza by the slice

I’m surprised this place isn’t more amped up with reviews. Coming from Deep-Dish Land, I do prefer the folding option. To me, this place holds a good second place. It’s a little pricer for the slice, by like $1, compared to my favorite spot in Imperial Beach. But, the pizza is pretty damn good. I ended up buying a whole pie. The pie even comes with the little pizza house, to keep the box from touching the cheese. Classic stuff. No fancy stuff. The shop is cozy with plenty of room. And the cashier lady is nice too. #worthit

I love this place! The Pizza is delectable and these guys will treat you right! The first time I tried it I mistsnkly thought it was just a small little pick up window and I was shocked at how much room was there. With pizza this incredibly good I am shocked that the line doesn't wrap around the block three times and if it did I would patiently wait with drooling mouth. My favorite is the Margarita but you cannot go wrong. Did I mention they threw in two free slices my first visit. Just thinking about it makes me crazy. I think I will run over there right now! Please don't get in my way, I would kill for this pie, it's better than most New York pizza I have tried over the years.
