El Cilantro Mexican Grill - El Cajon

I absolutely love the food here! I've visited around five times, and I'm consistently impressed with each experience. The flavors are fantastic, and the portion sizes are generous. I'm quite picky about my Mexican food, and this is definitely my favorite place to go! I particularly enjoy their build-your-own carne asada chips, where I can choose two different meats, including fish. The variety and options are wonderful. The customer service is excellent as well! Although I had to wait a couple of times, they were very accommodating and offered me something extra, which made the wait worthwhile.

I don't know why I waited so long to try this place. have eaten here for a fast Saturday night and it was great! tested a sample of tacos. bierbatter fish, carne asada and carnitas were the favorites. I'm sure you'll come back.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The customer service is exceptional, with very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. I'm in love!

I was on the hunt for some delicious Mexican cuisine, and I've finally found it! They serve the best fish tacos on the east side! The carne asada burritos are amazing, and the rolled tacos are fantastic! Their beans and cheese burritos are delicious as well. My partner ordered the shrimp diablo burrito and declared it the best he's ever had! All I can say is that you need to eat here—it's that good! We come at least once a week, and the best part is that they have a 24-hour drive-thru!

There food is fresh. I love their chicken. This place beats all of my usual taco shops. It's a perk that you can build your own burritos, tacos, taco salads, fries, and chips. Its a great place!
