Buckboard's Bbq Brew - El Cajon

I just ordered Buck Boards for the first time. One word describes the whole experience... AWESOME!!! Thank you Jenna and to your incredible chefs. This is the best BBQ I've had in over 25+ years! I enjoyed the delicious Tri Tip, BBQ Beans, Apple Cobbler... every bite was perfect. Your BBQ Sauce selections are well seasoned and will keep me coming back for more! I'm tipping my hat to y'all, you rocked it.

Awesome place! My boyfriend and I tried the pulled pork, tri tip, chicken, mac cheese balls, mexican corn, coleslaw and everything tasted great! We?re pretty picky on BBQ sauces, but the three offered were delicious. The staff was so friendly the inside was cute! Prices seem expensive initially but the portions quality of food are worth every penny. The only negative was they didn?t have football playing on a Sunday, but were apologetic tried to put it on for us. Highly recommend giving them a try! We?ll be back :

Stopped in here for lunch after church and there was no wait! The staff was friendly and helpful (we were first timers) and the food came out pretty quickly. Delicious tri-tip, perfectly creamy coleslaw (not too heavy on the mayo), perfect Texas toast! The restaurant features some different BBQ sauces, but they tasted fairly similar and the jalapeno one didn't pack much heat, just FYI. I didn't have room for dessert but all 3 options sounded delicious! The decor is vintage and goes well with the vibe inside. We hope to return soon!

The workers were very friendly and patient while they waited to take our order at the counter. Got the tri tip platter and a side of wedges. The meat was very tender and good. Tried out all 3 of their house BBQ sauces, but the horseradish sauce it comes with was my favorite and go to for it.

Very delicious. From the perfectly cooked bread to the sauce. I've had many of BBQ from many of places. It's hard to find a good 1 and when I do I'd like people who want great BBQ . The staff were nice and whomever was the cooks my hats off to you. A+ I had the sampler and pulled pork sandwich.
