フィードバックを提供するThe manager on duty came over, realized the mistake, and I was surprised when she carelessly tossed the fries onto the table. Instead of addressing the issue kindly, she instructed me to park in front and wait for my crinkle fries, and her tone suggested she was annoyed. The girl who took my order appeared quite nervous—perhaps because she sensed the manager's irritation. As a manager myself with years of experience in retail, I was disappointed that she didn’t even offer an apology for the error. Instead, she seemed to scold me, which was quite unprofessional. I didn't want to wait, fearing my sandwiches would get cold, so I told the girl to just return the curly fries, and I left. After making a long drive and spending $50, I expected a better experience and at least an apology. While the sandwiches themselves were good, I found them to be somewhat lacking in substance. As a manager, the staff member should understand the importance of displaying a positive attitude and setting an example, something that was clearly missing during my visit.
I wasn't impressed by the sight of seven sandwiches just sitting on the heating rack, especially since the place wasn't busy. The female cashier repeatedly tried to hand me a cherry turnover, even after I clarified three times that I wanted an apple one. Unfortunately, I ended up with an upset stomach after eating there and barely made it to the bathroom down the road.
I went to try the new fish and fries, but I was disappointed with the food quality. I noticed them pulling out the fries and leaving them to sit until the fish was ready, so the food was not hot by the time it was served. On the positive side, the location was clean, and the server was polite. However, I think Arby's should stick to their BBQ offerings. The food felt overpriced for the serving size; for just $2 more, I could have had a proper meal at a sit-down restaurant.
I love arbys classic sandwich, however I can no longer order combos. The fries consistently taste like fish in this place. Highly recommend you not cook them together. My daughter and I both have had this problem. Literally everytime!
Normally pretty good. This time however the gal tried to serve me some fries that had been sitting under the warming lights from before I walked into the store. I commented about them being not so fresh and the gal said that they were, to which Ireplied that they 'd been sitting there for a while, when there were fries that had just come out of the fryer. Even then shedidn 't properly fill the container, as she was frustrated that I 'd pointed out that the others had been sitting there for awhile.
