Friendly staff and they know how to prepare gluten-free food. This chain also had restaurants in other cities (Amsterdam, Amersfoort Den Bosch, Hilversum etc.) and has good gluten-free bagels

They have gluten-free bagels. You can make it in the oven with normal bread or separate. The bagel was warm, with lots of cream cheese on it it was nice. The staff is friendly and knows what they are talking about

Ik voelde me hier toch niet helemaal op mijn gemak. Alles stond dicht op elkaar in de keuken en op de tafeltjes. Er was alleen een witte glutenvrije bagel beschikbaar (die in plastic in de standaardoven werd opgewarmd) en alleen de koude varianten konden worden geserveerd. Warme gerechten worden in de centrale oven opgewarmd en konden dus niet worden besteld. De bagel met carpaccio die ik had, was overigens wel erg lekker.
