They never answer their phones. Literally never. It will take 20 calls for them to decide to pick up. They also only seem to get the order right 50% of time. It’s crazy.

For the second time now, every single wing flavor in the boneless meal deal was incorrect. the side orders were right so it’s obvious the workers are simply careless and lazy. i’m sure someone else received our actual order. for this to happen once, okay things happen. but twice? do better. will never return to this location. i’m sure the workers would be glad to hear that though, since they obviously want to get paid to do nothing.

Do you want soggy/cold French fries? Head to Edwardsville Wingstop.4 order in a row with the same issue.This is easily the worst Wingstop in the area.They’re always running behind which causes them to always undercook the fries.

Said it'll be done in 20 min but apparently doordash and uber eats are more important than the average person ordering.

I've lived in every CONUS timezone. I've eaten wingstop all over the country. This specific location is the worst one I've ever seen and can not meet the expectation set by other franchise locations. The kitchen is constantly filthy and the over all quality of the food is appalling.
