One of the staff member made a snobby sad face at us like she felt bad that they were closed. Their hours clearly stated that they were open until 11pm. I don?t pay $20,000 a year to go to school here for that kind of service.
Don't come here if you're in a hurry because you will probably have to wait 20 minutes for your drink and watch everyone after you get theirs first. If I could give them 0 stars then I would
The service at a campus Starbucks might be a little different from a regular Starbucks because they usually have more employee turnover at the campus coffee shops. Still, this is a popular place on campus and they get drinks right if you have a little patience and communicate with them.
I don't think the baristas are trained very well on how to make beverages. Every time I order something here, it doesn't taste right. Not to mention the fact that I have taken a big slurp of grounds in my iced coffee on multiple occasions.
I ordered a venti iced mocha latte and the barista asked me if I wanted a frapaccino or a latte. They just put my drink on the counter without calling my name so it sat for a few minutes until I realized it had my name on it. The bottom was very warm, they did not even try to stir it. The consistency was something like watered down chalk.
