Qdoba Mexican Eats - Edwardsville

I have visited this restaurant multiple times to make sure I wasn't missing something. Unfortunately, the servers often struggle with portion sizes, the tomato dicer has been out of order for a while, and the seating area is usually messy. Here is a picture of my full double meat bowl.

The burritos were smaller than usual, and the kids' meals were supposed to come with queso for the chips. Additionally, it was concerning to see a sign reminding employees to do their job, making me question what else may not be getting cleaned.

The prices have significantly increased since my last visit, but the portion sizes have decreased. The cheese was not hot, only barely warm. If you are raising the prices, the amount of food should not be less. I am willing to pay more, but I expect to receive what I pay for.

Ok the place has gotten better. Seems like a management change. Workers were pleasant. Far from the crew that worked there before. I'll come back now.

It was my first time coming to Qdoba. They looked like they were busy putting in a takeout order but we were still greeted. I liked that we could build our own. I was glad they also had vegetarian options. We carried out our food. When we got it back to the house the food was exactly as we expected. We all enjoyed our food. I will come back for sure.
