Kyoto Sushi Steakhouse - Edwardsville

I originally left a 5 star good review about a year or so ago. their food has always been amazing but this happened the other day and they’re was more than one and they was non flying bugs they kinda looked like ticks or something they literally came out of the sushi. I left all my food did not pay we had just got are plates and didn’t even get a bite in. To top it off the manager didn’t even come out. One of the waiters apologized. A nat or something that flies whatever this is gross. And very disturbing

We have a great experience every time we come here. We get the hibachi grill. Chef Bob is amazing. Boo is so sweet, she is a wonderful waitress. There's a waiter we have sometimes who is great too. Highly recommend.

We always go to Kyoto when we're in the mood for good food and a show. The restaurant can be relied upon for a great hibachi experience that my young nephews especially love.Most recently we went for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. Our chef was so engaging and really paid attention to the kids and kept them entertained while he cooked our meals. The food was delicious and we couldn't have asked for a better evening.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. They do a lot to keep little ones entertained.

We went for a birthday dinner, and they did not fail to please! The food was good, we had a blast, and they included everyone in the fun, even the littlest of our party, as evidenced in the video. Kinda pricey, but the experience was worth it.Kid-friendliness: Watch the videos. We took my 4 year old niece for her birthday, and they gave her a great show! She loved every minute of it.

The food here is always so good!! We were craving sushi yesterday and drove a pretty good distance out of our way just to go here, as always service was way above and beyond, our server Anna seemed genuinely happy to be there and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend if you are in the area!Food: 5/5
