The French 75 - Edwards

The mussels were absolutely delicious with the saffron cream sauce - so much so that you'll be tempted to lick the bowl clean.

When I see the word "French," I get excited Not only was the food spectacular, but the ambiance was perfect.

This was most definitely my wife and I's favorite dining experience so farThe food and wine was exquisite, and our server, Josh, was very personable.

We stumbled soon this darling little French cafe while checking out the shopping village in Edwards.

Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water.
