The Food I Got Was great cuisine I would bet that everything is good here !!!

Wow. Did not expect this quality of food in Edmunston! Major city hub quality, if not better. We ordered the duck and the seafood linguine. It was amazing. I have never had duck before and it was stellar. I loved that it was served with brussel sprouts instead of boring potatoes. The linguine was the best seafood pasta I have ever tasted. They make their pasta fresh, the lemon flavour was on point as were the scallops, mussels calamari in the dish. Paired with the local craft beers from the adjoining brewery and a dessert that was not too sweet (dessert doesn’t have to mean pure sugar! Yay! Finally someone who understands this! and an attentive server who spoke English right away (hooray! . We will be returning every time we are here! Thank you so much for the highlight of our stay!
