The restaurant has been around. 30 years have been at this point, could use a boost, but burgers are always great and you have chosen your toppings. Especially now with 2 can for $9.99 burgers, pommes or onion rings and drinks for 2 people...big deal. You have one of the best grillburgers at a low price.

My husband and I went to this restaurant to find something to eat before I went home. I ordered the mushroom because I love mushrooms and he ordered his stem name. We also tried their poutins. Choosing my own toppings was quite brilliant and...all was so hot and fresh. Usually when I order poutins in restaurants, either the cheese or the pommes are cold. That was in no way the case. And although we get our meal fast, it doesn't feel like any other fast food restaurant. Very recommended.

Back in the 1980's this place had you tell them what to put on the burger. Every other place started doing the same thing many years later. They have their own unique types of burgers and they do taste a little different than the others....Worth checking out if you are looking for a change from the major chains.

This was the worst experience I have every had in my life from a restaurant. I have been a vegan for over 7 years now and was extremely upset by the experience I had. I went the to order a Veggie burger like I have...before but not at this location. When I got to my destination to eat it, I realized it was not a veggie burger but in fact a regular burger! I called customer service to see what I could do and to simply let them know of there mistake. Well, I was completely insulted by there manager, asking me what color my burger was like I was stupid. So I went there after work to confront him and it DID NOT go well. He was very rude and insulting, asking me what color the burger....well if a burger is cooked properly shouldn 't they all brown. So he brought out there regular burger and a veggie burger telling me that the shape is what is different. When they brought it out the veggie burger was a dark brown and their regular burger was YELLOW.....IT WAS YELLOW. At the end of the conversation the manager was throwing the burger at me trying to get me to leave. Not very acceptable!

This is probably my Wife's Most Craved Charbroiled Burger's when she wants a Burger To Go.They have just recently changed and upgraded their toppings which was long over due. If I do not feel like BBQing a good Prime Rib Burger,this is the next choice...for the Wife.
