1st Round - Edmonton

I want to thank Katelyn and the manager who came to talk to us tonight. They were very accommodating, especially with my dietary restrictions regarding alcohol. It was an amazing experience and I give the food a 10/10 rating.

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and the food has always been delicious. I highly recommend the build-your-own burgers, as they have always been great. The tater tots and fries are some of the best I have ever had. However, the service is slow and the tables are always sticky and not properly cleaned between customers. The atmosphere is loud, making it difficult to have conversations with others.

My husband, a friend, and I came to this restaurant for a few drinks. We were seated promptly and Charmaine, our server, greeted us quickly. We told her we were only there for drinks, but she made sure to check in after our first round to see if we needed food and ensured we didn't have to wait long for our next drinks. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, but it was the excellent service that will make me come back the next time I'm in Edmonton. It's a fantastic spot for drinks, fun, and a great time. I will definitely return soon! And a big thank you to Charmaine for the great service.

Decent restaurant in West Edmonton Mall. Burgers were very good and prices were quite reasonable. On the Monday night I went, the restaurant was very busy and they seemed to be understaffed. This meant that service took quite awhile but the servers were very friendly and apologetic, not at all the fault of the servers. Atmosphere was standard for a mall sports bar, lots of bar seating and large TVs. Definitely a good place for a bite after a day at the mall.

Visit: July 2023The food is always good at 1st RND, but it was a bit off this one time I went. I got a BYOB with chicken and there was way too much sauce, so everything was sliding around and soggy. This was the one time I experienced this (but I usually go to the downtown location). The sides are good (love the tater tots) that come with the burger
