Sapporo Hibachi Sushi - Edmond

We ordered delivery from this restaurant, but they forgot my son's hibachi dinner in our $85 order. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they accused me of lying and told me to check the bag again. I spoke with Andy, who claimed to be the manager. This establishment is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be returning. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's unacceptable to call a customer a liar instead of taking responsibility.

I ordered the Hamachi Kama as an appetizer, but it lacked flavor and was bland, even with the ponzu sauce. I also got the Beef Negimaki, but it wasn't what I expected. The description mentioned scallions and cream cheese wrapped in thinly sliced beef with teriyaki sauce, but I was given cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese. Additionally, the scallions were at least an inch and a half long and difficult to chew.

This was our first visit, and it will also be our last. We ordered three rolls: the Rock n Roll, Dynamite Roll, and Spicy Cowboy. Unfortunately, they were bland and lacking any spice. While the presentation was nice, the flavor just didn't deliver. Food rating: 2/5.

Great sushi I had the lunch roll special with salmon, tuna, and salmon/avocado. Well priced for the quality of the sushi! Nice, quiet atmosphere. Kinda slow on drink refills but otherwise a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!Food: 5/5

We've tried several places from Norman to North side of OKC. So far this is the best place we've sat down at for sushi. It's a 1.25 hour drive for us, but we'll definitely be coming back. Great food and amazing service.Food: 5/5
