La Bagel - Edison

The bagels here are excellent. I tried the cinnamon-raisin and the everything bagel, both with half cream cheese, and they really hit the spot. The restaurant is busy even during the pandemic; there was a line out the door with social distancing in place on a Saturday morning, but the service was surprisingly quick, and everyone was following mask and distancing guidelines.

The bagels here are quite nice. If you're in the mood for one, this place will definitely satisfy your craving.

The food is great, but I really wish they would use real butter instead of the artificial-tasting margarine. It leaves a strange taste in my mouth. The bagel is delicious, but the "butter" is not enjoyable at all.

Thank you, La Bagel! I would have given a full five stars, but the person who prepared my bagel seemed a bit gruff and unfriendly. While he was quick and efficient, a more cheerful attitude would have made the experience even better.
