The Amber Rose Edinburgh

We had fish cake and chicken, tasted really good, but I would have wanted a bit more gravity on my chicken, very nice service and friendly. Recommended.

How was the amber rose? Wonderful, large red, medium white, £7.60, total. incredible. Atmosphere to die for. Food delicious. Staff polite courteous and helpful. We'll be back. And thank you for an amazing experience.

Popped into the Amber Rose on Sunday to watch the Scotland Rugby game. There was a fantastic atmosphere and was amazed I could watch the rugby and the football. After seeing some of the food going out I decided to have a Roast dinner and I was not disappointed. The team were so friendly and I was really looked after especially from Nick. Will definitely be back very soon.

The manager, Ross, is very much a person also makes himself for all the questions you have. Has a good way over him with great humor. Staff are all very good service is fast. Food is a good price for the city, though, the prices have just been increased! Another good value. Always clean staff is fast to clear tables.

Great service and atmosphere. Generous portions one of the best Xmas dinners I've ever had all 3 courses were delicious!! Very reasonably priced also. Highly recommend will definitely be back.
