Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Grill Edinburgh

Food was just OK. Was surprised that we were charged a service charge as the service was pretty terrible. I can understand a service charge on large tables but there were only 2 of us. Not sure I would return here. The Marco Pierre White in Liverpool is leaps ahead of the Steakhouse Bar Grill in Edinburgh.

Service was excellent. The food was delicious. I had the Shepard's Pie. It was delicious and the serving size was right. We ate when they opened, so it was nice and quiet.

We went to dinner for our 3rd anniversary and I can't praise this restaurant enough. We ordered fillet and ribeye, they were so delicious and they arrived so fast! The service was above and beyond with special mention to Faisal, who had fantastic manners and was so attentive and he truly distinguished our celebration amazing! Thank you to the whole team for a great night :

Really nice food and not too expensive. The staff was beautiful and very attentive and did not rush us at all. The whisky was very cheap and there is a pretty good wine list. The food arrived fast.
