Pekoetea - Edinburgh, City of

My favorite high quality teeversteck. do not look further than pekoe for most to the earth, but high standard of tee in Scotland. imported directly from hand-selected plantations, served skillfully.

They have a great choice and are very nice to find exactly what they want. they can also sit for a sweet and cuppa. they offer a lot of teapots and other tea equipment. their packaging is attractive and easy to store.

For the first time visit pekoetea today and we both loved the tees. the personal could have been a bit friendly, but they were very knowledgeable and certainly recommended on good mixes to match our taste. so much that I bought a big bag from her homemade graf gray mix after home.

Had a nice afternoon surfing and the selection of some wonderful tees. the lady who served today was very helpful and of course I enjoyed a beautiful, perfectly roasted cup sencha!

I went a few weeks ago to pekoe tea to drink a cozy afternoon with tea and reading. first the leven street shop is beautiful and the selection of tee is excellent. the tee is wonderfully prepared and presented. but ther is a woman who works there, laura. I think this is perhaps the rude person in edinburgh. she seems to think that she is too good to engage a customer in the conversation or even be polite. all the time I was there, I felt unwilling and dissatisfied as a customer. my initial asking about tee seemed to frustrate them - I felt as if I had troubled them by trying to discover something new and different. I've been relying on something I was familiar with so I didn't have to disturb her anymore. I wanted to drink a tee, but after what I went through to get the first pot, I wasn't in the mood. I paid and left. pekot tee won't get from my money anymore.
