There was a large selection of starter. duck spring roll was nice with plenty of meat and vegetables inside. beef black bean was lovely. fair pricing with good size portion.

Always great food and usually very speedy. If there is a delay (not usual but due to a very large order on this occasion) they are honest and realistic regarding the delivery time. The food is delicious and changes are made without a fuss or charge. A great choices.

Having used this takeaway for at least the last 20 years, apart from the time during Covid lockdown when closed I am just really disappointed now. I appreciate cost have gone up, and I dont mind the price increases. Whate I do mind though is being charged an extra pound here and there for little things added(that they have never charged me for) even 2 nights ago the owner never charged me for some spring onions and peas, now 2 days later he is wanting 2 quid for something that costs next to nothing. maybe I am a Victor Meldrew and will get slated but just my opinion. I have known these people for years even sort of classing them as extended family. I just have no choice just to cut my own nose off, as the food is excellent. Just a shame it has came to this.

Was really pleasantly surprised by this place. It has so few reviews, I thought it might be a bit rubbish, but honestly, it was really very good. All the food was well made with good ingredients and generous portions, not skimping on meat or fresh veg. We had: Chicken noodle soup. Tasty stock, VERY generous amounts of noodles and chicken. Noodles a little soft but that's what you get when you take away. Duck with pineapple. Tasty. Maybe a bit too much skin but some people like that. Beef Chow Mein. Very nice, the meat (thinly sliced beef) was unusually tender and tasty. Chicken with cashew nuts this looked odd as the chicken was cut in irregular chunks, bit it was really very tender, obviously properly velveted and extremely tasty. In less scrupulous places this is often low on meat and bulked out with too many onions and canned veg (water chestnuts, bamboo shoots) but this had plenty of meat and lots of fresh vegetables (peppers, onions, broccoli) as well as the tasty onions and the classic bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Really very good. Only improvement would be a bit more gravy and a few more cashew nuts. All in all, really very good, well above average, I would very much recommend it and would definitely eat from here again.
