フィードバックを提供するWe waited 30 minutes on our order. As we were waiting deliveroo and just eat drivers were arriving, flashing their phones and getting their orders to take away almost immediately. When the order did arrive, even though I had placed it at the till point with an employee, the order was not correct. She had put in the wrong type of wrap I wanted, ignored my request for non seasoned fries and our snack boxes did not come in a snack box. We just got a small box of popcorn chicken and fries separately. The staff were not apologetic and were rude about the time we waited and the order being wrong. Will never be back.
I would give this restaurant a 1/5 rating for multiple reasons, both related to the outlet itself and the company as a whole. My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, no one spoke to us through the drive-thru microphone, leading us to abandon the line and wait in a queue of unhappy customers. When I entered the restaurant to place our order on the internal touchscreens, things did not improve. I waited for over 30 minutes while my family sat in the car, only to receive incorrect drinks for the children, no cup holder, and lukewarm, mediocre food. The manager was also struggling to manage online orders, causing further delays and frustration for customers. It was clear that this specific outlet was overwhelmed with trying to handle drive-thru, internal, and online orders all at once, leading to a decline in customer satisfaction. Additionally, the prices on the company's menu have significantly increased, with extra charges for items that are usually included in meals at other fast food restaurants. As a loyal customer of KFC, I was deeply disappointed by this experience and will think twice before supporting the company again. My visit to this restaurant was a complete disaster, and I am shaking my head in disbelief at the poor quality of service we received.

Rude, Rude, Rude!!! Visit 01/08/23 Wow KFC get your staff on customer service training courses as they have a lot to learn! Rude, rude, rude to say the least! 3 members of staff ignored me when trying to pick up an order I caught the eye of one of the girls on three occasions and was deliberately ignored as she was too busy reprimanding a peer on what he was doing wrong (shame she didn’t have a mirror to see her own failings). When I eventually got her attention and received my order she apparently had not been versed on the basics of customer service such as please, thank you and have a nice day! So KFC at Hermistom Gait take some pride in how you deliver customer service as if it wasn’t for your customers you wouldn’t have a job!!!
Food itself wasn’t too bad but the guy on the drive thru was totally robotic and disinterested. Then he started sighing when we asked a question. We then waited 26 mins for our food apparently they had run out of fillets. No customer service at all. Won’t be back.
