I'm at the door but it's not open at the time it's supposed to open

Yeah yeah, you might not believe this but I bought myself just enough food for breakfast. Big mistake. I take a few bites, nothing too serious I take another and I see a red light beeping, I take the red light out and the food explodes all over me, I forgot to mention I have work in an hour. Everyone is looking at me with dirty looks while I am embarrassed, panicking trying to find a way to clean this in time for work. I ask the employees for help. Nothing they just tell me I should've checked my before eating. I storm out the shop, my day has been ruined

The lady who served me today(Joyce)had the best customer service I have ever experienced in Greggs ,not only is she super friendly and funny but she is also super helpful ! I would recommend this store

Showed up at 6:20 and there was no bakery items besides donuts? The lady said that Sausage Rolls alone wouldn’t be done until about 6:40. Why not open at 7 if the food won’t be ready until then?

Very friendly and excellent service . The product was good value for money and very tasty .
