Café musa is worth a visit. his intelligent interieur, the wood with the plentiful light that bathes the space is today a real winner

Visited Scotland yesterday and found this lovely little cafe ! We had such a large breakfast . Far too much for me to eat . It was gorgeous and I would definitely come back !

We came to the Cafe around 11.15 on a Saturday morning on a very busy day for the City, international rugby was on. I chose this cafe because I was told on a previous visit that they allowed dogs, and they didn't disappoint here. The very polite young lady who served us assured me that our dogs would be allowed, and even offered a couple of sausages for the dogs, along with a bowl of fresh water. One of our dogs knocked over my partner's full cup of hot chocolate, which I apologised for, but the waitress was very calm and not annoyed at all. To find a dog friendly place such as this in Edinburgh is a real gem. Will definitely be back even without the dogs. Coffee was really nice too

Cozy spot on the mound in Edinburgh. Service was good, food was tasty and bread was reasonably priced. The baked goods in the cabinet were very over priced, along with drinks. But all and all a lovely place.

I returned to this cafe because I 've visited it numerous times and enjoyed the food and the polite service. Yesterday, I did not enjoy my visit. Although the cafe was not excessively busy, it took over twenty minutes to bring us a panini. The three waitresses, meanwhile, were chatting and laughing at something on one of their phones. When I went to enquire whether it had been forgotten, the waitress I spoke to gave me a GLARE and said, They are still cooking it! Cooking it? A panini? For over twenty minutes? Interesting. I hope that the cafe quickly returns to its former lovely vibe, with pleasant people serving delicious food. At the moment, it 's a place that charges a lot for slow service by staff with a bad attitude. They 've lost a regular customer.
