Their free smoothie reward does not work! The manager told me he cannot do anything. Do NOT download their app.The store said I have 42 points and the app said I have 482 points after buying 6 smoothies. I did NOT receive a free smoothie after my first purchase.I definitely prefer Smoothie King.

Would give no stars if it was an option ?? this is the second time I get a wrap that’s completely cold inside !! I don’t know who needs to hear this but THE WRAPS NEED MORE WARMING TIME it’s getting ridiculous and getting a wrap that feels like it just got taken out of a fridge is horrible… DO BETTER tropical smoothie

It was my first time visiting any TSC location and I really enjoyed it. My food was great and the staff and manager/owner(? treated us very well.

My 16yr old was ignored when he walked into place an order because they had a long line at the drive thru. Another excuse was that two of three workers are new hires. Save your money and go to Juice Us down the road.

One employee, Steve Melone, made highly inappropriate comments to me and my daughter during our visit about her T-shirt being too small. This is extremely unacceptable and we will NOT be returning.
