The cookie cake was almost 2 hours late and when we got there there was 0 sense of urgency.

I ordered this through door dash since we had been sick but still wanted to celebrate! I called to specify the order and the cake turned out perfect!

I really enjoy Great American Cookies here on Trenton. However, for the past week, whenever I try to order through Grubhub, my order gets canceled because the store is closed for maintenance. I’m not upset about that—I completely understand. I just wish they would update their status to show they’re closed on their website and delivery apps.

Excellent service! The staff were incredibly patient and very friendly with my children.

I still have a fondness for this spot in the mall. However, they've changed the flavor of the icing filling, and I must say it's not as good as before. Additionally, the cookies can be stale at times. It's quite disappointing.
