Ocean Buffet - Edinboro

This is as local familly owned Chinese buffet as it gets, and I love it. The decor isn 't much to look at, and you can probably avoid the fried rice and sushi, but the food is otherwise great. Extremely cozy atmosphere, great staff, reasonable price $13.76), would definitely come here again!

The lady at the front desk was chill, I don’t know why everybody’s hating. She just does her job. The food and price is good enough that I don’t really care if I’m smiled at. Coworkers and I came here for lunch and had a really good, refreshing hearty meal. I liked they had instant espresso, too. One star off the food because some of the chicken was slightly cold. Great value.

Several weeks ago I went to ocean buffet. The food was hot and delicious. I went back the following week and it was a 180 degree turn. Cold and I mean cold food. Poor selection. Some of the dishes had obviously been there awhile. Scared to go back.

5/10/2024We got here at about 6:00 and it wasn’t busy but every booth and table was dirty with dishes all over them .The young man that took our orders was nice and pleasant . After ordering I noticed there was no where for us to sit . There were 5 of us and as I said most tables and booth were dirty . We wanted booths . So I asked the small woman with little round glasses if she could clean some booths and tables. Oh wow , you could tell she was upset . She went over to the booths and was slamming dishes . I was like , lady I don’t care if you break all those dishes , they aren’t mine ! ? Anyway , the food was ok , not that great … some things were dried out . I couldn’t tell what exactly was in those egg rolls so I quit eating them and the shrimp was not deveined, ew .I must say , I will never go back with that kind of an attitude thrown at us . 12.00 for that , I can go get a better meal at Perkins for that price and not have to get my own food or be thrown some bad attitude.Not happening ever again , nope ??

The food had no flavor at all and had so much oil in everything. This place is awful. I can't believe it's in business.
