I went to this subway for the first time because it was close to get a cheese pizza and the first employee came to me and ask me what I wanted!! Not hello!! Then I ask for cheese pizza and they didn't have it so she just put a flat bread in the oven without asking me! She prepared the food so poorly I was going to walk out, but I stayed like a dummy! Then another employee came over to correct her and had a attitude! This whole experience made me food taste horrible and unsatisfing! I will never go back and if you want good service don't go there!
I recently visited this restaurant for lunch and had a frustrating experience. As a contract partner, I asked the person at the register for the bathroom keys so I could wash my hands before placing my order. To my surprise, I was denied access even after I offered a $50 bill! I felt unwelcome and disrespected, and I want to be treated like a valued customer, not looked down upon. I'm not a troublemaker or anything of the sort. I ended up taking my money back and going to Wendy's instead. Honestly, who needs Subway? Their microwave food is cheap and lacks flavor, and the chopped ingredients aren't even authentic. It’s no wonder the place was empty!
The staff was extremely friendly, they made a fantastic sandwich, and the store was clean.
It was 9:00 PM, and I wanted to use a voucher for a foot-long sandwich. Unfortunately, they couldn't fulfill my request because they didn't have enough meat for one. The staff mentioned something about using a cheaper meat, which was disappointing. As a result, they lost a customer.
