フィードバックを提供するDunkin worst experience in colorado. they do not let the people go to the load to place an order that is not clear when they go and they have no indication. So the people just wait to find out what's going on. set at least one sign or have a staff member directly human. in the time when I was was was wasted at the door, the drive-thin line became too long until I have time to wait. bad communication and bad service.
I was so appreciative of Tina (store manager) and her attention to my special order latte this morning. This store has always been reliably great in service every time I have gone in! Thank you!
I've been going to the same location for the last 4 years, but today was the worst experience I've ever had. Don't even try calling the store, leaving a message no one answers. This is unacceptable. My food was burnt, but somehow, still cold, my coffee was half full and I have all the pictures to prove it, but I can't post them here for whatever reason, either way this is awful. I guess I'll be going to Starbucks more often.
Worst DD ever! So so slow....it's really sad that they are considered fast food. 30 min in the drive thru.
Do not waste your time. This Dunkin' takes literally 30 minutes to even get your order in the drive thru and when they give it to you it will likely be the wrong order. I'd give this Dunkin' zero stars if I could. And the manager won't fix their mistake either. Trust me, Avoid this establishment.
