Lotus Leaf - Eden Prairie

I visited Lotus Leaf for the first time recently. I had just discovered this restaurant and was excited since I'm always on the lookout for good Thai food nearby—no need to travel to the city! I wasn't very hungry, so I opted for the Spring Rolls. They were fresh and delicious, and I’ll definitely be ordering them again. Now that I know about this place, I'm eager to explore more of their menu. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This is a fantastic restaurant where I feel happy again! The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and above all, absolutely delicious. It truly tastes wonderful. The herbal spring rolls are fresh and not fried, accompanied by a vibrant salad garnish that is a delight to enjoy, unlike the sad, colorless offerings you find at some places. We then tried the chicken plant curry with medium spices and the beef massaman curry, both of which were perfect. For dessert, we had the ginger cream broth, which was delightful. This restaurant is a hidden gem that offers great value for money and can easily compete with high-end establishments in terms of decor. I truly hope it gets the recognition it deserves one day.

Wow, this place is fantastic! You absolutely must try the curries; you really can't go wrong with any of them. Additionally, the Pad Kee Mow is simply amazing. I've tried nearly every dish on the menu, and I can confidently say that you won't be disappointed with any choice.

Saw Lotus When they fell through another store and stopped for a few spring rolls, they were AMAZING. Thank you. Chef George-- can't wait to come back and try a larger part of your menu and share your delicious food with others!

The food was super tasty!! I really enjoyed Fresh Spring Rolls and Chicken Pad Thai. My husband had the Green Curry and it was PHENOMENAL!!!!The staff was very friendly and made us feel very much at home! They even let us bring our own birthday cake! Thank you!!!!
