Bruegger's Bagels - Eden Prairie

Nice to know I'm not alone in my bad experience. The other staff was nice to me. The manager leads the cashier, heavy set, dark hair, the same woman, about which everyone complains in this review area. This one star rating is for them. Free them and do your passionate employees and customers a favor. I will see at regular intervals whether this location takes care of enough customer service to disturb the corresponding action. If not, I am in a unique position to pass my experience directly to many of your customers. Had my advice or your business will suffer severely. UPDATE: I've been here since my last post. I think the old management has changed. They either quit or fired. The new woman manager is a short hairy, slim lady who works incredibly hard and provides impeccable customer service. I was impressed by the change in quality service. From zero to 4 stars! Congratulations!

Terribly disappointed. I have been visiting this store for several months. Started being an above average experience, friendly greetings, smiles, free pickles with a sandwich. Then the pickles disappeared, then the smiles, then the friendly greetings. Well, the last time I was there, I ordered a turkey sandwich with double meet and some condiments. Well, no double meat on the sandwich, but I wasn't charged for it so I didn't say anything then. Today I ordered the same thing, Not only did I not get double meat, I didn't even get turkey. This bagel was filled with ham, a meat I detest. I don't know what they are thinking at that store, but at least make the sandwich with the meat I ask for!

This store needs more staff. They are clearly overworked and it always takes over 30 minutes for a mobile order. The staff are always pleasant and doing what they can, but it's definitely not enough.

Workers were nice!! But they were out of all bagels other than plain and all the Turkey we got on the herby was 2 small slices- see photo. A little disappointed after being a fan for a long time.

After not being ready when promised we came back 20 minutes later and it was still not ready. They claimed they were out of plain bagels and didn't know what to make our order on but no one ever bothered to reach out and ask. Then waited even longer to get our order... which came out with the plain bagels they said they didn't have. Over an hour to get a couple bagels from start to finish.
