Burger King - Eatontown

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and they have never once messed up my order. The food is always delicious and perfectly cooked. The lettuce is never too crispy and the green beans are never overloaded with sesame seeds. Some places tend to overstuff their rolls, but not here. I would give this restaurant a perfect 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back again.

I had a difficult time getting my order correct at this restaurant. Despite repeating my order three times to the woman at register, my two dinners were still not made correctly. I specifically asked for one burger without ketchup and cheese, and the other with ketchup and cheese. The speckroy burger I ordered also came without speck and had mustard instead of mayo on it. The burgers all tasted as if they had been sitting around for a while, and the fries were left sitting under the heat lamp for almost 10 minutes. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to, and now I understand why my husband refuses to eat here.

I never disappoints. The food is always hot and fresh. The only downside is that some of the cashiers seem disinterested in interacting with customers. Still, I am a regular because of the consistently great food.

That was my second and last attempt with burger king. I tried to order online from her side. I have the dinge that I wanted to eat in the war basket, then went to check, gave my card, click on it. blunt. try it again. again. I win. then I see my card was charged three times. I called the restaurant, they said there is no command from me, and they can't fix it, watch it again. not too helpful. I wrote a complaint (there is a form on the web page). in an hour I have an answer that bk neither my command nor the appeal does not see. In between we arrived at the restaurant and ordered the same eating in the drive-thru. Maybe because of my bad experience, but I didn't like the taste of eating. the gurke was hard, the woofer rings were soft, not crispy. I do not recommend in general. instead choose a local chain.

The food is bad, it's not healthy like any other Burger King, the worst thing is when you order something, pay for it, receive it in a bag and leave without checking, something you ordered is always missing!! that's too bad, because you're already far away and you're not coming back to complain
