フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant is decent, but it doesn't serve authentic Sichuan cuisine. They use processed western-style ingredients instead of proper Sichuan Pepper, resulting in a different flavor. I was disappointed as I was hoping for dishes like mapo tofu, kung pao chicken, hot pot, dan dan noodles, and dumplings that truly capture the essence of Sichuan cuisine. The recipes seemed to be adjusted for the local taste, lacking the authentic experience found in Chengdu, Ya'an, or Chongqing. My expectations may have been too high to begin with, but overall, I was not impressed.
My partner and I are big fans of Sichuan cuisine and often visit Sichuan restaurants. We recently dined at this restaurant and were pleased to find the food was authentic and delicious. Although the interior of the restaurant may not be the most stylish, it is spacious. We look forward to coming back to try more dishes.
This restaurant is incredible. Whenever I want to make my wife happy, I take her there. We travel more than an hour to get there. The food is good, but the standout dishes are the special Sichuan beef or the deep-fried chicken with chili - they are amazing. I always ask the chef to add eggplant to my Sichuan beef.
Its ok but no where near proper Sichuan foodthere is no proper Sichuan Pepper only the processed western style. the flavor is totally different.i was looking for good ma po dofu, gung bao gi ling, san da paw, dan dan mien, dumplings but all the recipes are tamed for the local taste and not a true experience you would get in Chengdu , Ya An or Chong qing.not impressed but my expectations were possibly far to high to start with.
I and my partner love Sichuan dish and dine at Sichuan restaurants frequently. We decided to dine here and found the food very authentic and tasty. The restaurant does not have the best looking interior but is spacious. I would return to try more dishes.
