Starbucks - Eastvale

I dislike coming here, the service seems to be slow even when your the only vehicle ordering, the flavor isn?t always there.

This Starbucks was really having issues as they would not open the store more than they need to hand out orders. I could not sit or use the bathroom just sucked. And if you go thought the drive through it takes forever to get your drink. I don't know what they are doing in that store but it takes 4 ever.

This starbucks gets really busy with the high school across the street but drinks taste good ??

The service and professionalism at this Starbucks is exemplary of a company who has their values honed in and adequately and properly expressed with the team. Alan in particular is a shining example of the level of customer care that all Starbucks employees should have.

I have no idea what?s going on at this location but they close randomly during the day, and then open back up a couple hours later, I live right by them, and I?ll go at around the same time, one day they?re open the next day they?re closed, the next day open, then closed again the next and on and on. It?s very frustrating. I?ve got my coffee then drive back by and they are now closed in the middle of the day?. but the worst was when I spent 30 minutes in the drive through and they were closed! I was locked in the drive through and couldn?t exit, (and they put no cones out to block the drive through) and the dummies in front of me kept trying to get someone to come to the speaker and there?s no one even there! I finally had to get out of my car and direct the people in front of me to keep driving because they are closed, there?s I checked the front there?s no one inside, and I would like to leave! 30 MINUTES! Put the cones out if gonna close! I get that the people in front were the huge problem but they were all very young. I should never be locked in a closed drive through and it get bad enough where I need to exit my car and direct your costumers just so I can go home! Get it together!
