Little Caesars Pizza - Eastvale

Order at 2:54 for a pick-up at 17.30. He said to be ready to pick up at 5:30-5:35. Arrival on site at 5:35. The young lady at the reception tried her best to delight customers. Finally, my order got at 5:51 and they didn't even give it to me as I was waiting and I was the last person they were talking to. Very frustrating experience to say the least. Maybe you don't order it because everyone has his command that hasn't pre-ordered.

I pick up little Ceasars from time to time. This past experience wasn't one of the best. Somehow they lost my order. I had been waiting for an hour since I placed my order. At the end they apologized and added crazy bread and wings with my order. Which is nice. Unfortunately my Pizza was kinda soggy, but what do you expect. They're not exactly the greatest Pizza. I would have given them 2 stars if not for their courtesy.

The pizza portal is broken most of the time. They are severely understaffed on the weekends. There are usually lines out the door just to pick up your pizza. Placing an order online ahead of time is a waste. This is nothing against the people that work there, but they are understaffed. Place is okay during the day when it's not busy. Good cheap pizza.

Worst service I have ever encountered....0 stars if possible. Ordered online and went in 45 mins later as instructed.. and they tell me it will be another hour wait..even though they are telling walk ins a 1hour wait..so I ask for the manager because the girl behind the register was absolutely no help and wasn't comprehending what I was asking. Why would it be a hour and 45min wait for me? Only thing I was told was we will give you a refund.. not answering my question...why was it a hour and 45min wait for me but only a hour for everyone else??? Will definitely be contacting corporate..this franchise needs to be shut down!

Place is horribly run!!!! Just want to say STEPHANIE was great (apologize if I spelled her name wrong) she was the cashier with a busy line while the 3 other workers that looked like manger or supervisors just argued amongst themselves looking at a monitor not helping at all. This place deserves all these ratings. I just got a notification that my order is ready but they can?t put it in the portal. When I was there there was only 1 pizza in the portals! Lol
