Captain Jay's Fish Chicken - Eastpointe

This Captain Jay's is always good. You are my go too.

The staff was very nice and had the call ready. the chicken was fried too hard and seems like the oil was old. the prices are also higher at this point.

When speed and good service is what they are looking for to drive far away from here. waited in the car approx. 40 minutes long and then came in because my food was already paid. terrible experience and I didn't cost eating

While I enjoy eating captan jays fried chicken, this special place (eastpointe) takes the longest to get her food out. I'm going somewhere else.

I ordered the 20-part special, which came with family Fries and a two-liter pop. Although the waiting period was about 20 minutes to 30 minutes, which is understandable for the amount of customers and how busy they were, but when we came home and began to enjoy the food, that was huh old. the hunch was asked if it was in a warm-up oven all day. You want to tell me that I waited for this time for all food? this is unacceptable. it should be done something like about the service I have received. I will not be standing back to this facility. Thank you, but no thanks.
