I like the spa it has good food and a wonderful location for some time away. The place is nice and the workers are very welcoming. Thanks for a good time. Rooms: Nice rooms I like them. However, there were several negative aspects that I feel need to be addressed. Firstly, the reception staff were quite rude, which affected our experience right from the moment we arrived. Furthermore, the rooms were very outdated, resembling a motel more than a spa, and the bed and pillows were of poor quality—even though we had booked their most spacious and expensive room (see photos). We also noticed that there was no cleaning service; our rooms were never tidied up during our stay, and no one came to turn down our beds. On top of that, there were frequent small additional fees, even though we had opted for an all-inclusive package. For instance, we were charged $5 for a latte, and we had to rent slippers at the spa when we forgot our own. If you needed a new bathrobe (for instance, if your hair was wet), they charged $15. While these may seem like minor issues, they created an overall unpleasant feeling and detracted from our experience. Lastly, there is significant ongoing renovation work as of June 2023, which contributed to noise during our stay. In summary, Spa Eastman has some positive features, like the infrared saunas and quality food, but issues regarding the hospitality staff, the condition of the rooms, and unexpected extra charges led to a disappointing experience. I sincerely hope these concerns will be addressed and resolved in the future, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay at the spa.
