Margheritas - Eastleigh

I have had several negative experiences at this restaurant. I have heard that it is now under new management and no longer called Margheritas. I have not had a chance to try the new place, but if it is anything like my previous experiences, I would not bother. It wasn't the food that was the issue, it was the lack of managerial skills from the owner that turned me off.

This restaurant is terrible. The manager is incompetent and doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I had a terrible experience here a few weeks ago when I ordered a pizza and it was delivered incorrectly. When I called to inform them, the manager promised a replacement within 15 minutes, but it took 45 minutes for him to even start cooking it. When I declined the late pizza and asked for a free meal as compensation, he initially offered a free pizza instead. After multiple failed attempts to contact the restaurant for my replacement meal, I discovered that they had not closed down but were avoiding my calls. When I finally confronted the manager in person, he offered me another free pizza instead of the meal I had requested. This kind of service is unacceptable and I will never eat there again. I will be sharing my negative experience on social media to warn others.
