フィードバックを提供するI was completely shocked to see Domino's in Eastleigh allowing their motorcycle delivery drivers to ride their bikes up the high street the wrong way and without a helmet. This is terrible advertising. Today, on the 15th of November, I saw one of the drivers happily and carelessly riding his bike without a care in the world. This behavior is unacceptable as it puts pedestrians at risk. The driver should be fired and this incident should be reviewed on CCTV.
We ordered food to be delivered at a specific time for a family gathering. The food turned up 30 minutes early so by the time we got to eat it, it was past its best. When we did sit down to eat I noticed one pizza was missing. I called the store and the best they could offer was the pizza to be delivered in another 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up. Needless to say the pizza never arrived. I raised a ticket with their CS team to get a refund for the missing item and two weeks later I got an email from the store offering me a credit note which I politely declined as I wanted a cash refund to my card. This was met with silence so I raised another ticket, this time asking for a full refund for the value of the meal ordered to compensate for the missing food, the disruption caused to what should have been a simple family get-together and for their total disregard for any kind of customer service. I also asked NOT to be contacted directly by the store and to speak directly with the franchisee owner. Again silence so I raised yet another ticket, again asking for the full refund and again NOT to be contacted directly by the store. To which I receive an email a week later from the same store manager asking what the problem is? Now I'm really angry. I detailed as politely as I can the chain of events and he offers me a refund for the value of the missing item. I declined this saying that I want a full refund and to date this has been totally ignored. I haven't even got the refund that he offered me.
I am writing this review after trying repeatedly to address an issue with Domino's. I spent £55 on food that I never received due to a booking error. Despite promises from a senior staff member in the store to refund my money the next day, I never received a call back. After waiting for half an hour and being told to place the order again with an additional hour wait, I decided to leave my details and went to get food elsewhere with my twin 6 year olds. I have been back and forth over email with the company, providing proof of payment as requested, but have not received any further communication in over a week from the area manager.
The food was cold when I called up I was spoken to by a rude individual who called me mate after telling him I was making a complaints and I was not his mate he managed to call me mate a further 3 times. I then speak to a manager well turns out it’s not a manager after all and could not care less about the complaint. Then wen taking my name for the order he got this wrong 3 times. Not only that they round up all the pizzas so yes it may be only 6 p on my order but if they do that to every customer every night they are banking a lot of extra cash so watch your bills. One thing for sure the food was awful and the attitude of staff matched.
Ordered a delivery for a pepperoni passion and double decadence meat fielder with just a little extra cheese and herb spread in the decadence to find there was hardly any in it. I specifically asked for extra and the person on the phone reassured me it'll be done. Terrible pizza although the pep passion was fine. Threw the meat fielder in the bin. It's as though they didn't care about the food they send out. Delivery was quick even though I was told an hour wait, proof it was made very quickly so poorly made. Delivery driver was very pleasant.
