Dunkin' - East Windsor

Wish I could give it NO Stars. Went in with my son for a coffee and a latte and had the worst service from any employee ever. The older woman working behind the counter (5pm 10/24/20) acted as if she was bothered that I asked for a coffee and a frozen latte. She rolled her eyes and threw my change on the counter at me. I then dared to ask for a straw, to which she ignored me, my young son then asked and she threw it at him saying that I told you it was on the table I will never be going back there. Apparently they allow rude staff to work there. I wish I could have videoed the service. Just terrible.

Service is horrible. People are Very rude and you will never get a smile from any of them. My order is simple hot coffee light and sweet and they can never get it right. I will never go there even though it?s 1 minute from my house. I would rather go further than buy from them.

Fantastic location right by the Turnpike. The service was prompt, and surprisingly, the coffee was excellent. We ordered two large hot lattes.

Although they didn't have any pumpkin muffins, everything else was excellent. The latte was perfectly made, and both the pumpkin donuts and avocado toast were delicious.

I placed my order through the app and by the time I got to the restaurant five minutes later, my food was already ready. Everything was served hot, the frozen drink was indeed frozen, and the coffee was hot as well. Overall, I have no complaints!
