All American Ice Cream - East Wenatchee

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was unclean, and one of the taller employees was really rude and lacked any sense of personality. The melted ice cream was everywhere, just like in other places. I can't believe they remain in business. The prices were high for what we received. I would definitely not recommend visiting this place!

Be aware! The young lady who checked me out today tried to overcharge me and tip herself. Lessoned learned: when they ask if you would like a receipt always say yes! When I was checking out for the few ice creams she said my total was about 17$. When I responded no thanks for the receipt she then quickly changed the charge to 25.80$. I wouldn’t have known for this unintended tip if not for the alert on my bank app notifying me of my most recent purchase. I did confront her and after she checked the trash for my receipt she “discovered” I was overcharged. She did return the difference in cash. Just wanted to let it be known for the next costumers. That is unacceptable.

Worst shake I've ever had! I paid $6 for a cup of milk (not a shake). I will never return. Totally not worth the money!

I can’t believe they/them charge for water!!?? Unacceptable! Not even good water. Even McDonalds don’t charge for water, I would know because I go there every other day.
