This place sucks! Will be awhike till I order from them again... I waited 2hrs for my food and when I called the first time after I was done with the call I called back and it wouldn't let the call go through but called back on my boyfriend's phone and it worked just fine... People don't even care when u call either. Of course pizza is cold now since it's been 2hrs yay.

This place is really disappointing. The staff always seem out of it, which explains why it takes forever for food to arrive. Every employee seems to be involved with their own distractions. I ordered and it took 2 hours for my delivery to arrive, even though I live just 4 blocks away and was told it would take 35 minutes. It's unacceptable.

As many others have mentioned, this place is really disappointing. I placed my order and realized that my wings were missing. When I called to inquire about it, the person who answered abruptly said it was on the way and hung up before I could finish my sentence. The pizza was barely cooked, the wings were boiled and without any sauce, and my calzone was undercooked as well. I only received my change from the delivery driver. Frankly, it feels like everyone who praises this place must be out of their minds. It's both sad and perplexing that nearly every restaurant I've tried in this area has had issues with my food, while the few that didn’t still managed to surprise me. This establishment is simply ridiculous.

I absolutely love Pizza Hut in Cahokia! The customer service is outstanding, and the restaurant is always spotless. The employees are friendly and always greet you with a smile. I had written a negative review last week, but it was specifically about the call center and not the Pizza Hut in Cahokia. Today, the store manager reached out to me and sincerely apologized for the situation, which really impressed me! Pizza Hut truly stands out!
