The staff is quite unmotivated, which explains why they never receive raises. However, the restaurant itself looks great and has everything it needs.
The staff was quick, but you could tell they were constantly attentive to their workload because they struggle to retain employees.
Standard McDonald's experience that is not necessarily a good thing.. Long line on drive thru, but this is not unusual in the Covid era.. I miss the Disney-like customer experience that once was a hallmark of McDonald's.
I sat and waited 20 mins in the correct parking spot for my mobile order only to have to go inside to get my cold food. When I got inside the store I was asked how I got in because the doors were locked. Well I don't have a key, that seems really rude. Also the manager basically pushed me out the door before I even got my large coke that was not with the order. That was the first and last time I'll use the mobile app, bad experience.
