Hardee's - East Saint Louis

I always have to remind myself that when I visit Hardee's, it's not exactly fast food. If you approach it expecting quick service, you might be disappointed. However, when my food finally arrived, it was well worth the wait. The burgers were juicy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the sandwiches were delicious. My curly fries were crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside, just the way I love them.

The food is generally good, but there are times when it seems like my burger was tossed around before it reached me. Many of the staff could benefit from some coaching on customer interaction, especially since there are five other fast food options on the same block. It would be nice if they could at least learn to smile. I understand they might not enjoy their jobs, but I’d rather not be reminded of that while I’m placing my order.
